Rates
 The
rates to rent this unique property
in 2010 are:
July £2000 - £2500; August: £3,000 per week
June, Spring mid-term, Easter and Christmas
: £2,000 per
week
May, September: £1700
per week
October to mid - April (excluding Easter, Christmas and special holidays)
: £1100 per week.
Please confirm rates with the owner. In addition to above rates there is a cleaning and laundry charge of £275 per rental, payable in advance.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit
£250
(returnable if cancelled 8 weeks before arrival) deposit to reserve property. The
remaining balance payable 8 weeks
before arrival date.
Breakage Deposit £400
security deposit required before
arrival, this can be in the form of a postdated cheque. This Uncashed
cheque will be returned/destroyed one week
after vacating property if no substantial
damage.
Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Saturday, arrival after 3pm during peak season, but is flexible at other times. Departure: Cleaning team arrives at 9am.
Bedlinen & Towels
Bedsheets and towels are provided
CleaningPlease
leave the house tidy when you leave. If the house
is left in an unacceptable state,
further monies may be retained from
the breakages deposit.
Electricity & Heating
Covered under rental payment
Pets
Apologies
but pets are not allowed.
Misc
Fires
are not allowed anywhere
on the property grounds. Only light
BBQ's in area designated for this
purpose are permitted.
Swimming Pool Safety The owner is not responsible for
any bodily injury next to or in
the swimming pool. Children must
be supervised at all times, Pool is
alarmed!
